Corps of Engineers Public Ramps

Anderson Road Ramp — One of the most popular on the lake. Located on the north side near the dam. Adjacent to a beach and picnic area. Gets busy on weekends — arrive early.

Fate Sanders Ramp — Southeast side near Smyrna. Well-maintained, less crowded than the Nashville-side ramps. Good base for fishing the southern end of the lake.

Seven Points Ramp — Near Seven Points Campground on the southeast side. Multiple lanes, adjacent to campground — great for overnight trips.

Smith Springs Ramp — South side near Antioch. Convenient for buyers coming from Brentwood or Franklin. Less traffic than north-side ramps.

Cook Ramp — North side near Percy Priest Dam. Small, less known, often less crowded. Good for early morning launches.

Elm Hill Ramp — Adjacent to Elm Hill Marina off Elm Hill Pike. Convenient from I-40. Can get backed up on summer weekends.

Additional Ramps: Hurricane Creek, Jefferson Springs, East Fork, Fall Creek, Lamar Hill, Poole Knobs, and Viverett Creek — less developed but free and functional. Great options when popular ramps are crowded.

Marinas on Percy Priest Lake

Nashville Shores Marina — Off Bell Road, Hermitage. Full-service with fuel dock, slips, adjacent to a waterpark and RV resort. Busy on summer weekends.

Elm Hill Marina — Off Elm Hill Pike. One of the most convenient from I-40 and downtown Nashville. Fuel, wet slips, quick launch access.

Four Corners Marina — South side. Fuel, slips, great spot for sunsets. Less crowded than north-side marinas.

Fate Sanders Marina — Southeast side near Smyrna. Bait shop, slips, and ramp access. More of an angler's marina.

Hamilton Creek Marina — Home to sailing and kayaking clubs. Limited commercial services for powerboats.
